pretty sure this won't be an annual holiday tradition

Last night we went to VanDusen Botanical Gardens with some friends and their kids. We stopped in to Rocky Mountain Flatbread for dinner and then headed to the gardens. It was so beautiful ... and so miserable. So cold, wet and Chad and I were tired. I don't think this will be on our annual 'Holiday To Do List' but I'm glad we did it once. The dancing/singing garden gnomes totally saved the night from doom ... and the (expensive) hot apple cider :) 'Tis the season!
